This 1-7/8 inch diameter medallion, cast and enameled, is covered in acrylic and will never lose its lustrous color. On the front the “WELCOME HOME” is set against the American Flag; overlaying the USA map; with “FROM A GRATEFUL NATION” and stars etched and surrounding "Freedom is Not Free".

The back has a raised Eagle and Flag draped and gold raised lettering of "Land of the Free and Home of the Brave". The words "America's Heroes" and "Defenders of Freedom" circle the edge with stars raised.

The medallion has gilded trim and arrives with a display stand.
